This campaign will help Partners show their customers how to improve infrastructure security, reduce IT costs, improve internal service levels, and increase their institutional agility.

Students, faculty, staff and administrator customers depend on computers like the air they breathe. Educational Institutions' IT infrastructure must continuously adapt to support new applications and capabilities. As their systems become more sophisticated, the need to effectively manage costs, security, interoperability, and data increases. Also becoming a Green IT facility is nowadays top of mind. With energy costs rising and concern about climate change growing, there is pressure for institutions to reduce their environment impact and carbon footprint.

Successfully managing multiple sites and an array of faculty, staff, and student needs is becoming increasingly difficult as budget decreases and equipment and facilities age. Partners expertise will help their K12 and Higher Education IT customers understand the benefits of desktop virtualization. By using virtualization, their customers can reduce upfront costs, operating costs, and free up critical resources, not to mention reduce their energy consumption. With desktop management, they can help automate the execution of upgrades, deployments, and maintenance of their customers' infrastructure technology across desktops and servers.

The Dynamic Education IT Ready-to-Go Campaign will help Microsoft Education Partners provide solutions to Educational Institutions asking for:

- Server consolidation and datacenter power reduction that can be managed without expensive training
- Dynamic delivery of applications to end users, securely, anywhere, cross-platform
- An upgrade path to Windows 7 that is easier and less expensive
- Less dependency on commodity desktop hardware
- All the while remaining focused on improving the user experience (the learning environment)

For all campaign collateral and marketing resources visit the Microsoft Partner Network "Ready-to-Go" Campaign site: www.mspartnerdirect.com/dynamicEDUit

http://educationwebcasts.com/Webcast.aspx?i=5066

http://educationwebcasts.com/Webcast.aspx?i=5066

Exchange Online Technical Deep Dive

Microsoft Exchange Online is the messaging component of the Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS) from Microsoft Online Services. Furthermore, many business intelligence tools are only used by power users. But if analytics is to truly succeed in supporting decision making and encouraging a performance culture, institutions must raise the analytics IQ of campus leadership, progressively develop the capacity of end users, and proceed on a migration path toward "analytics for the masses."

In this Webinar, Dr. Donald Norris of Strategic Initiatives presents an easy-to-use toolkit of concepts, models and graphics, and professional development materials for making analytics broadly understandable at your campus. These techniques have been refined through successful application at a variety of institutions ranging from community and technical colleges to comprehensive universities to research universities. The discussion will demonstrate how these techniques can be used to make business intelligence and analytics understandable, create an institutional strategy and migration path for analytics, and craft a change management plan for building analytics capacity. The presentation will also describe the data stewardship and governance techniques needed to "optimize" the institution's data, information, and analytics resources.
